 In-State Purchase

All you need is proof of Nevada insurance, identification, and Electronic Dealer Report of Sale. If you purchased your vehicle from a private party and it’s older than 2019, you’ll need to have a smog checklist. You may not necessarily need to have a Nevada driver’s license.

Out of State Purchase

You’ll have to provide proof of Nevada insurance, smog checks if the vehicle is older than 2019, purchase contract, finance, titles, and VIN inspection. You may also not need to have a Nevada driver’s license.
